- Confirm Availability – Text our customer service to check if your chosen puppy is still available.
- Agreement & Payment – Once confirmed, sign the sales contract and contact customer service for payment details. After completing the payment, we will verify and proceed with shipping.
- Shipping & Delivery – Your puppy will be shipped via a trusted pet transportation company by airplane with an onboard nanny. Shipping and home delivery take just a few hours. You will receive a tracking number for real-time updates.

Safe & Reliable Puppy Shipping

How It Works:
- Quick & Safe Delivery – The journey takes just a few hours, and your puppy is delivered directly to your home by a professional pet nanny.
- Onboard Nanny Care – Each puppy is accompanied by an experienced onboard nanny who provides comfort and care throughout the journey.
- Food & Water – Puppies are well-fed and hydrated at all times to ensure they remain happy and healthy during transit.
- Exercise Breaks – During layovers or transit stops, puppies are taken out of their crates for short walks to stretch, play, and relieve themselves.

Puppy Adoption – In-Person Pick-Up
At Bernese Mountain Dog Home, we welcome in-person pick-ups for those who prefer to meet their new puppy before taking them home. However, to ensure the sanity and organization of our kennel, we require a $200 deposit before scheduling a pick-up appointment.
How It Works:
- Choose Your Puppy – Browse our available puppies and select the one you’d love to adopt.
- Confirm Availability – Contact our customer service to verify that your chosen puppy is still available.
- Place a Deposit – A $200 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total adoption fee.
- Schedule Your Visit – Once the deposit is received, we will arrange a convenient time for you to visit our kennel and pick up your puppy.
- Final Payment & Pick-Up – Complete the remaining balance, and your new furry friend is ready to go home with you!
Refund Policy: If you change your mind before the pick-up, your deposit is fully refundable.
